Main Duties: Under the direction of the Head of the Post and Telecommunications Department, the expert will be responsible for the tests and interviews of the candidates having applied for the job of the DIRECTOR GENERAL OF POST AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS ENTERPRISE and finally to propose a candidate.
In particular he/she will perform the following duties:
- to sort through the applications of the candidates
- to prepare and present the criteria forming the standard for the interviews and tests to be held with the candidates
- to discuss modus of the interviews and the tests as well as the criteria with the panel
- to perform the interviews and tests
- to evaluate the interviews and tests
- to prepare a shortlist of the candidates to take part in the final interview with the panel, including a substantial reasoning
- to present the shortlist to the panel
- to prepare and moderate a final interview of the candidates with the panel
- to present the most preferable candidate to the panel
- Perform such other duties as may be assigned to her/him by the Head of the Department
